Targets
- To develop energy awareness among students and scholars through the activities of the association.
- To encourage school students to pursue basic science research as a career option and thereby to achieve at least 3% of the school leaving students to opt energy related fields as their career destination.
- To develop a multi-institutional collaborative research project on Advanced Materials for Energy Applications under IAHEAM and to make it useful for empowering the budding generation of the country with the knowledge of energy research by keeping the goal of a historic transformation in the global energy scenario as a long run goal.
- To encourage research interactions among school students and researchers, and thereby to develop a research aptitude in children from the school level itself.
- To ensure innovative research on Hydrogen Energy and Advanced Materials under the initiative of IAHEAM that can compete with the standards of global energy research reports in Nature / Nature Materials / Science etc., and to have practical applications in India.
